The rear dump semi-trailer is mainly used to transport some construction materials, small stones, sand and gravel materials, large stones and other goods. The customer needs to make a thickened box bottom (8mm bottom and 6mm edge) for the transportation of large stones. When customers purchase a rear dump semi-trailer, we need to ask them two questions: the number of units they need and the type of load they need. Generally speaking, a 3-axle truck can be used to transport 40 tons of goods.
We have U-shaped buckets and square buckets for loading, which have fast and clean unloading speed. The unloading speed of a square bucket is slower than that of a U-shaped bucket, but its box body is more sturdy. Its front end is equipped with oil cylinders, and commonly used oil cylinder brands include HYVA, domestically produced, and GEORE. The number of sections of the oil cylinder depends on the height of the box. In some countries, such as Ghana, it may be more common to choose multiple bridges because some countries may limit the weight carried by a single bridge.
