The main function of a powder tank semi-trailer is to transport dry materials with particle diameters not exceeding 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, etc. The shape of the tank body can be divided into V-shaped and W-shaped. If the customer's transportation volume is relatively small, we can suggest that the customer choose V-shaped. The bottom of the V-shaped tank body is thickened to ensure the safety of the medium. If the volume is above 55 cubic meters, we will design it as W-shaped, two-color for the customer.
In front of the tank, there is an air compressor and a diesel engine, which provide power for the air compressor. The commonly used diesel engine brand is WP brand Tianhe series. The air compressor is used to pressurize the medium inside the tank, which can facilitate unloading. Commonly used brands include Yanbian Bohai and Wuhu Fuda.
